We collect your name, email address, phone number, date of birth, and any payment identifiers linked to UPI, Paytm or PhonePe. We also log device type and session activity to keep your account secure and functional.

Payment data passed through UPI, Paytm and PhonePe is processed solely to complete your transaction. We store only the transaction reference and amount — not your full payment credentials — and share nothing beyond what the processor requires.

We retain account records for the period required by applicable financial and legal regulations after account closure. Once that mandatory period ends, your data is permanently and irreversibly deleted from our systems.
